السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته
الأخوة الأعزاء نبدأ إن شاء الله سويا (كما وعدت مع إعتذاري للتأخير ) دورة تدريبية في خدمة المعلومات الدوائية للأرتقاء بمستوانا كصيادلة و للقضاء على سمعة الصيادلة المتدنية و تشبيههم بالبقالين ولنبدأ الآن ببعض المصطلحات الضرورية لبداية الدورة
أولا: تعريف الدواء :
هو أي مادة تستخدم في تشخيص أو علاج أو وقاية أي مرض من الأمراض
ثانيا: تعريف مركز المعلومات الدوائية
هو مكان يتيح للمختصين بالرعاية الصحية الأجابة على أي سوآل يتعلق بالعلاج الدوائي و ينبغي أن يتوافر فيه ثلاثة شروط و هي كالتالي :
1-غرفة مخصصة لهذا الغرض
2-صيدلي متدرب للأجابة عن الأستفسارات الواردة
3-مصدر حديث للمعلومات للأجابة على الأستفسارات الواردة
lDrugInformationCenter (DIC):
An independent Center that is accessible to any health professional to ask all questions about drug therapy.
This can be physically described by three criteria:
ثالثا : خدمة المعلومات الدوائية
هي الخدمة المقدمة بواسطة صيدلي متمثلة في أعطاء معلومات( تتصف بالدقة و الصدق و عدم التحيز ) للأستخدام الأمثل للدواء
lIt is those services which cover the activities of specially trained individual to provide accurate, unbiased, factual information in response to patient oriented drug problems that are received from health care professionals.
رابعا: صيدلي المعلومات الدوائية
هو الصيدلي المتخصص (الخاضع للتدريب و الأشراف الملائمين) في تقديم المعلومات الدوائية
إن شاء الله نستكمل سويا باقي التعريفات المهمة

أولا: تعريف الدواء :
هو أي مادة تستخدم في تشخيص أو علاج أو وقاية أي مرض من الأمراض
Drug is any substance that administered to man for the prophylaxis, diagnosis or therapy of a disease.
“According to the WHO definition”
ثانيا: تعريف مركز المعلومات الدوائية
هو مكان يتيح للمختصين بالرعاية الصحية الأجابة على أي سوآل يتعلق بالعلاج الدوائي و ينبغي أن يتوافر فيه ثلاثة شروط و هي كالتالي :
1-غرفة مخصصة لهذا الغرض
2-صيدلي متدرب للأجابة عن الأستفسارات الواردة
3-مصدر حديث للمعلومات للأجابة على الأستفسارات الواردة
lDrugInformationCenter (DIC):
An independent Center that is accessible to any health professional to ask all questions about drug therapy.

- Specific room set aside as DIC
- At least one dedicated and trained pharmacist must be available all the time to answer queries
- Sufficient information should be available to answer a broad scope of queries.

ثالثا : خدمة المعلومات الدوائية
هي الخدمة المقدمة بواسطة صيدلي متمثلة في أعطاء معلومات( تتصف بالدقة و الصدق و عدم التحيز ) للأستخدام الأمثل للدواء
lIt describes the activities undertaken by pharmacists in providing information to optimize drug use.
lIt is those services which cover the activities of specially trained individual to provide accurate, unbiased, factual information in response to patient oriented drug problems that are received from health care professionals.
رابعا: صيدلي المعلومات الدوائية
هو الصيدلي المتخصص (الخاضع للتدريب و الأشراف الملائمين) في تقديم المعلومات الدوائية
lDrug Information pharmacist
Is a pharmacist who specializes in the provision of drug information.
(pharmacist who has completed appropriate and supervised training in a setting specific to drug information)إن شاء الله نستكمل سويا باقي التعريفات المهمة

نستكمل سويا التعريفات المهمة التي بدأناها من قبل
خامسا : تعريف الروشتة
هي المستند القانوني الذي تتوزع من خلاله المسئولية بين الطبيب و الصيدلي
It is the legal document for which responsibility is shared between the physician and the pharmacist.
و يجب ان تحتوي الروشتة على البنود التالية
Name and age of the patient
Superscription: RX = recipe = take.
Inscription: names and quantities of ingredients
Subscription: directions to the pharmacist
Instructions: for the patient
Signature, name of the physician and his stamp.
In the directions that is written to the pharmacist you would find abbreviations for the following:
Frequencies
Time
And means of administration

أنواع الأدوية
Prescription drugs
Unsafe to use unless under supervision of the physician such as;
Antibiotics
Antiepileptics
Anticancer
Antidepressant drugs (…)etc
Non- prescription drugs
They are sold over the counter OTC
safe for use without medical supervision such as;
Antioxidants
Antacids
Laxatives
Cold and cough remedies ….etc
While narcotic, antipsychotic and corticosteroid drugs are subject for legal regulation and must be written on a special form separately.
تقسيم الأدوية من حيث الأسماء:
A drug can be classified according to its chemical or pharmacolgical class.
Each drug has
Chemical name ;
which describe its chemical structure such as (-)-(3S,4R,5S,8R,9E,12S,14S,15R,16S,18R,19R,26aS)-8-Allyl

بعد أن أنهينا التعريفات الضرورية للتعرف على خدمة المعلومات الدوائية ننتقل الى الخطوات المبدئية لتقديم هذه الخدمة:
1. O b j e c t i v e s
Each drug information pharmacist must set it aims and o b j e c t i v e s for the service in terms of:
•What is to be achieved by providing such a service
•The role of the pharmacist in optimising patient care.
This is achieved by the provision of up-to-date, accurate, timely and
o b j e c t i v e information on the appropriate use of drugs and drug therapy, a logical function for a pharmacist.
2. EXTENT AND OPERATION OF THE PRACTICE OR SERVICE
The scope of service provided e.g. oncology drug information only, must be defined. This can include the activities to be undertaken by the drug information pharmacist:
•Monitoring and follow-up of patient therapy and progress
•Specifying who the users of the service are
•Guidelines for provision of information to patients
•Contact numbers of the service, including the hours of operation must be clearly specified and distributed within the environment that the service operates
•Type of service (telephonic/walk-in or both)
3. Possible other activities/services which can be provided:
•Participation on pharmacy and therapeutics committees by preparation of expert material/evaluations
•Publication of bulletins or newsletters
•Preparation of protocols for appropriate drug use or formularies
•Education of pharmacists, interns, pharmacist assistants and other healthcare professionals
•Drug use evaluations
•Participation in drug safety programs
•Therapeutic drug monitoring
•Toxicology service

بعد أن أنهينا التعريفات الضرورية للتعرف على خدمة المعلومات الدوائية ننتقل الى الخطوات المبدئية لتقديم هذه الخدمة:
1- الأهداف :
يجب تحديد الهدف من تقديم هذه الخدمة ودور الصيدلي في تحسين الخدمة المقدمة للمريض
وللتمثيل فالهدف المقترح لصيادلة المجتمع مثلا هو تقديم المعلومة الدوائية الأحدث الصحيحة و الدقيقة في نفس الوقت بموضوعية و في أسرع وقت ممكن لكل من المرضى والأطباء
يجب تحديد الهدف من تقديم هذه الخدمة ودور الصيدلي في تحسين الخدمة المقدمة للمريض
وللتمثيل فالهدف المقترح لصيادلة المجتمع مثلا هو تقديم المعلومة الدوائية الأحدث الصحيحة و الدقيقة في نفس الوقت بموضوعية و في أسرع وقت ممكن لكل من المرضى والأطباء

2-مدى أو مجال تطبيق الخدمة:
يجب تحديد الى من سنقدم خدمة المعلومات الدوائية ومواعيد تقديمها وسبل تقدسما كالهاتف والبريد الألكتروني.............الخ
وذلك يحدد لنا مجال المعلومات المطلوب التركيز عليها مثلا تقديم الخدمة للمرضى يساعدنا على التركيز على الجرعات والآثار الجانبية ومدة أستخدام الأدوية
كذلك متابعة أستجابة المرضى للعلاج
أما تقديمها لشرائح معينة من الأطباء فيحدد لنا مجموعة محددة من الأدوية المطلوب فيها التوسع في كمية المعلومات المتحة سابقا للمرضى لتمتد الى فعالية كل دواء و أمن أسخدامه و المقارنة بين الأدوية وبعضها وبيان أفضلية كل منهم مع تعضيد المعلومات بالدراسات الأكلينيكية وبيان المصادر

بالأضافة لما سبق يمكن أصدار جريدة دورية تحوي بين طياتها أحدث الأخبار و المعلومات الدوائية للمعنيين بتقديم الرعاية الصحية وتثقيفهم و تزويدهم بالمعلومات المطلوبة لكل منهم وغير ذلك مما قد يستجد من خدمات أو معلومات مطلوبة كالسموم والتعارضات الدوائية .......................الخ
بالأضافة لما سبق يمكن أصدار جريدة دورية تحوي بين طياتها أحدث الأخبار و المعلومات الدوائية للمعنيين بتقديم الرعاية الصحية وتثقيفهم و تزويدهم بالمعلومات المطلوبة لكل منهم وغير ذلك مما قد يستجد من خدمات أو معلومات مطلوبة كالسموم والتعارضات الدوائية .......................الخ
